Mindforce: Come to the Dark Side, Luke!

Use devious magical powers to defeat your enemies...

Dingo's Dingos do love their big guns, it's true. They also like messing with your mind as well as theirs, and in EU, that's really easy.

Mindforce is a weapon (or healing) in itself and can be harnessed by a mere mortal like you, if you know how.

"Is it efficacious?", I hear you ask*. Yes, it is. It will also make you look like you've just come from the set of "Star Wars: The Bores Awaken, Part XXXXIV", too. How cool is that? If it's not cool enough, then try Cryogenics... *smirk*

*You said "does it work?", didn't you? I just made you look clever, thank me later.

Mindforce - Tips and Tricks

So this is what you might be tempted to say... and why it's stupid!

You say:

I'm going to freeze that Merp in its tracks! It won't even hit me!

We say:

Good luck on that one! Merps move really fast, and Cryogenic Chips have a long cooldown (pun intended) period. You'll get off one shot before you're nursing a terminal injury at the... uh... revival terminal.

You say:

OK. No Cryo. Got it.

We say:

You must need a day off to get over chronic stupidity by now? Cryogenic Chips have their place, as do other "long cooldown" chips, but they are better for longer-range first shots, then swap to a fast reload chip like the Lime Jello (Corrosive Attack) chip in the picture above. Mix and match works well, if you know your weapons and your mobs.
